Stacey&Josh: Engagement Session.

I've known Stacey since elementary school and I can tell you first hand that she has ALWAYS been this strikingly gorgeous. Remember those stages we all went through...with the funky hair, baby fat, crooked teeth, etc....resulting in yearbook photos that we now would like to send straight to the paper shredder? Well Stacey never went through those stages that I can ever remember! I guess she's just been a lucky girl. And that makes Josh a pretty lucky man to call the beautiful Stacey his bride-to-be!
The funny thing about their story is that it's not your typical "boy meets girl, falls head over heels for her, and asks her to be his girlfriend" story. In fact, Stacey admired Josh from a distance for some time before ever even approaching him. Well I call it admiring from a distance...Stacey proudly calls it STALKING :) After spotting him at the hotel where he works as a valet driver, she spent the next few months looking for every excuse to drive past and look for him anytime she was remotely close to the area. Her best friend who tagged along during the session told me all about how Stacey swore he was "The One" and that she was going to marry him...before she ever even spoke to him. A lot of people probably could have called her crazy at the time...but, she was right!!
So after months of admiring from a distance...or..uhh...stalking, these two finally found their way into eachother's arms and now will be tying the knot very soon! When Stacey contacted me for their enagagement session, she said that they wanted a fun, vintage, feel. We shot the first set at March Air Field Museum, then the second half in a nearby field after a quick outfit change. I edited the photos slightly different than my usual way, to give them a bit of a "vintage" feel.
Check out some of my favorites from their awesome session! :)

Aren't they just so FIERCE?!?!

One of my faves!!!!
